Does the host company need to pay a fee to receive high-qualified students?
No, our recruitment service is 100% free of charge for host companies. Absolute Internship offers a fast and free recruitment service to companies around the world providing global talents. Therefore, the host company does not need to pay any fee to receive our qualified interns.
What about the intern's stipend? Is there a minimum amount required?
Absolute Internship does not require a minimum stipend or monthly compensation to be paid to the intern. However, we believe that the interns should receive a significant compensation according to their performances in the host company.
What support does Absolute Internship offer to its interns?
Absolute Internship offers:
• Business Training to acclimate the intern in his or her new host country in terms of business etiquette and customs
• Housing in the city nearby public transportation
• Assistance in obtaining the correct visa for the internship
• A qualified on site coordinator assigned to each intern, assisting the intern to adapt in his or her new daily life
Coordinators are available on-site and able to meet the interns 24 hours a day.
What if the interns does not perform as expected during his/her internship?
The supervisor should always raise such concerns directly with the intern, as would be the case under normal performance management procedures. However, if this can’t be solve directly with the intern, Absolute Internship is always willing to assist and help resolving any issues that the host company might have in regards to the intern(s). Absolute Internship monitors the progress of the internship from start to finish. The host company does not have any obligation to keep the intern if the intern is negligent, non performing and disrespectful towards the host company’s work ethic and rules.
Who is responsible for the visa?
We assist the students in their visa application process in order for them to secure the correct visa at the right place and right time. Our staff members are familiar with the latest changes to immigration laws that may affect the intern’s stay and internship. We work closely with host companies and students in order to have a smooth visa application process.
Who covers the interns for the intern's for their health abroad?
It is mandatory for our students to take out personal insurance from a specialized agency in their own country prior arrival in the host country.
